Purchases and refunds

You get txt from the App Store, so Apple handles the purchase of txt and its refunds. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used.

New iPhone, or deleted the app? Open the App Store, tap your account picture, then Purchased, and download txt again with the same Apple ID. You won’t be charged again.

Your account

txt uses Sign in with Apple only, so there’s no password to remember or reset. Sign in with the same Apple ID to get back into your account.

To delete your account, open Settings → Delete account in the app, or email help@txt.today and we’ll delete it for you. Deleting the app from your iPhone does not delete your account.

Can’t create an account on this iPhone?

txt allows one account per iPhone. If this iPhone already has a txt account, sign in with the Apple ID you used before. If that doesn’t work, or you think it’s a mistake, email help@txt.today and tell us what you see.

txt is for adults: you need to be 18 or older to sign up.

Report and block

Every post, clip, profile and message can be reported, and you can block any account from its profile. Reports go to the txt moderation team. The accounts you’ve blocked are listed in Settings → Blocked accounts.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

For businesses

• Business verification: it’s free. Apply in the app from Settings → Verification. Once we approve you, the business badge shows on your profile and you can advertise. How business verification works.
• Advertising: ads on txt are sold directly. Advertise on txt.
